You are going to learn anatomy, movement, breathing techniques, and poses that together can effectively prevent injury, and help with rehabilitating and decompressing the spine and joints. You will learn how to convert any exercise you need to apply for rehabilitation, decompression or strength training into therapeutic sessions that can be used for commercial or personal advantage. "Dynamic Tension" is our base for strengthening small and large muscles, ligaments and tendons. You will gain grip power and stamina, and feel better and healthier as you age! Aero Physiotherapy, helps adults and children to decompress physically and emotionally, including those with disabilities, such as autism, chromo-defects, amputations, anyone in wheelchair, going through cancer, depression, autoimmune problems, or chronic pain and trauma. We use a special handmade legged silk without plastics or harmful springs. The silk targets movement providing deep tissue massage and decompresses all major systems at once, improving the physiological and psychological functions that alleviate the root problems of chronic pain.
